MYC GIFTbegan on the first of Jan 2008. Our customer base was established from the relationships that Yuky Chan had built up in the beauty industry, and we are grateful to say that most of those customers are still doing business with us today.

Our policy from inception has always been "it's all about service and relationships". No matter what the problem, it's how you go about fixing it that gets the next order and cements the relationship. One is always able to secure new business based on price, but it is the service, creativity and understanding of a customer's business needs that maintains the relationship. All of this is only possible with the right choice of people, and a team spirit that creates a positive working environment.

In our experience, customers are attracted to suppliers with a genuine positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. If a person does not get excited by meeting a tight deadline or solving a problem, they don't belong in our business.
